Undiscovered by mass tourism, Gocek has been declared a special environmental protection area and has become a sought after location for the independent holidaymaker. With several small marinas it is an excellent place for sailing, attracting the yachting fraternity from all over the world.
Relatively quiet by day as the locals go about their business, Gocek comes alive in the evening. Take a leisurely stroll along the marina waterfront, and stop at one of the many waterside bars to enjoy a drink or two as the sun goes down over the mountains, before sampling the local cuisine in one of the many restaurants.

Yasemin Ev - a house built in traditional Turkish style, constructed to a high standard, and allowing for each floor to be let separately as a self- contained apartment if required. This provides a flexible arrangement depending on the number of guests and is the perfect option for couples.
An extra first floor apartment can also be made available in a second house kept primarily for the owners. Ideal for friends, couples or families holidaying together when extra facilities are required.
Enclosed in a private walled garden landscaped with stones, paving, and a variety shrubs, the houses are bordered by fragrant blue and white jasmine, honeysuckle, hibiscus, bougainvillea, wisteria, and citrus trees. Sun terraces together with a large swimming pool: 5.5 x 10.5m and 1.3 - 1.6m in depth, which has underwater lighting, separate the houses.
The owners of the property have a 40' yacht, which can be made available to guests on a private skippered charter basis. Enjoy a' hands on' sailing experience or just sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning scenery! Join us for a day or combine a few days on the yacht with the remainder in the house / apartment.
