The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 in comfort, providing 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. However, each floor is equipped to be self contained and used as an individual apartment, accommodating 2-4 guests, thus providing a flexible arrangement.
The ground and first floors of the villa, are connected via a marble staircase, the walls of which house some beautiful handmade iron objects and wooden antiques.
There is a private balcony on the first floor and a larger private terrace on the ground floor.
The spacious internal area of EACH floor (48sqm) consists of a large open plan dining / kitchen / living area with a log fireplace, two bedrooms and shower room. The fully equipped kitchen area has a hob with 3 gas burners/1 electric ring, cooker hood and extractor fan, refrigerator with small freezing compartment, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere. A small fire extinguisher is fitted for safety.
The bedrooms - one twin/double, and one smaller double, are equipped with luxury quality beds, clothes hanging space, bedside table, lamp, and chest of drawers with mirror above. In addition there is a built in wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space in the larger bedroom. Both have air conditioning.
The fully tiled and fitted shower room has a corner shower with sliding doors, WC with in bowl bidet, wash basin with illuminated mirror over, shaving point and hairdryer.
There is a large area in the basement providing luggage storage and laundry facilities - iron, ironing board and washing machine, a large refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. An extra double bedroom, shower room / WC can also be found in the basement.
Television, DVD and CD players are not provided in order to maintain the peaceful ambience. Guests are however, welcome to bring an ipod / dvd player for personal use.
A small shaded balcony leads out from the first floor and there is a larger private terrace on the ground floor. Both overlook the pool with views of the mountains and pine forests.
Surrounded by fragrant. blue and white jasmine, hibiscus and bougainvillaea, the terrace is accessed by sliding patio doors from the ground floor internal living area, and provides plenty of space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, drink / dine / relax together during the day and evening. Steps lead down to the pool and garden.
The pool has underwater lighting to provide evening ambience when dining on the terrace.
Sun loungers, sunshades, and small tables are provided around the pool terraces and there is an external shower for use before and after swimming.
