Rates and Availability
The accommodation is usually available to rent from May to the end of October. Please contact us with your requirements and we will advise regarding costings and availability. We attract a high proportion of repeat business, therefore early booking is advised especially for the high season in July and August.
Stays of 10 / 12 nights / short stays of 3 nights, can be arranged giving flexibility.

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for pool / beach use.
Extra cleaning / laundry is available at a supplement.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony / terrace but not in the villa.
A 35% non - refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to the start of the rental. A £100 damage / security deposit is payable with the final balance, fully refundable unless items have to be paid for.
