Gocek, Surrounding Islands and the Turquoise coast
Our 40’ sailing yacht ‘Sevinc’ based in Gocek, can be made available for guests staying at Villa Yasemin on a private skippered charter basis.
Join us for a day, combine two or three days or even a week aboard the yacht, with the rest of the time being spent at the villa - a flexible arrangement which can be tailored to suit your requirements.
This provides an excellent opportunity for those with limited previous experience or who have not sailed before, to add another dimension to their holiday. We adopt a ‘hands on’ approach for guests willing to be involved, or for the less energetic, sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The area is an excellent place for sailing due to the weather and relatively stable wind conditions. The spectacular coastline reveals many small islands and sheltered bays, inaccessible by any other means. Perfect for a lunchtime or overnight stop!
Day Sail
After breakfast at the villa, join the yacht in Port Gocek marina. Spend the day sailing around the islands, stopping for lunch and a refreshing swim in the crystal clear turquoise water, returning to Gocek early evening.
Up to 4 persons
Price Guide: £175 per day.
(Includes diesel usage under normal sailing conditions, bottled water / tea / coffee, lunch).
Overnight Stays
Each day is tailored to suit your requirements subject to weather conditions. After sailing take the opportunity to swim, snorkel, relax with a book or stretch your legs ashore. Some of the islands offer the opportunity to explore the ruins of ancient Mediterranean civilisations.
Breakfast, lunch, water, tea and coffee are included. Evening meals (payable locally) are usually taken at a family run island restaurant. Sip a cool beer or glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the bay before enjoying a meal at the water’s edge. A typical meal would consist of a small Turkish pide (pizza), selection of vegetable mezze, followed by a main dish of lamb, chicken, or freshly caught fish all cooked in a wood burning oven.

Price Guide: £200 per day. Minimum 2 days.
(Includes lunch, tea, coffee, bottled water, breakfast the following morning, and use of diesel under normal sailing conditions. It does not include an evening meal, alcoholic drinks, any mooring fees, Turkish cruising transit log and administration).
Linen is provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels for swimming.
